2nd Annual WNCAP Spring Conference (2006)

The Second Annual WNCAP Spring Conference, "Growing Better Together," was held May 19-21, 2006 at Portland Community College. There were 57 attendees, from 8 states plus British Columbia.  CART, C-Print, and TypeWell providers were all present.
